Can't bring it in? If you can access the Internet, we can assist you where you are. We can offer remote computer services and IT services while you watch. We provide this service in 15 minute increments, to both business and residential.

Business customers with more frequent needs may be interested in a support plan, billed monthly, to help with budgeting for IT services costs. Support plans may include:

If you missed the Windows 10 deadline, we are here to help.
As of October 14, 2025, Windows 10 is no longer supported - this means no more security updates or fixes. If you aren't sure that your computer will upgrade, bring it to us. If we can't upgrade it, we can help you move to a Windows 11 computer.
