On sight computer services are performed at an hourly rate, with a one hour minimum for local (Monroe/West Monroe). Travel fees apply outside a half hour radius.

Remote Assistance
Can't bring it in? If you can access the Internet, we can assist you where you are. We can offer remote computer services and IT services while you watch. We provide this service in 15 minute increments, to both business and residential.

- Printer communication and installation issues
- Office, QuickBooks, Email assistance
- Network issues
- Server troubleshooting
- For virus and malware we recommend bringing in to our shop if at all possible.
Support Plans
Business customers with more frequent needs may be interested in a support plan, billed monthly, to help with budgeting for IT services costs. Support plans may include:
- Remote desktop support
- Remote server administration
- Remote network administration
- Installation and annual renewal of security software
- Elevated response time
- Reduced on site labor rates
Will my computer upgrade to Windows 11?
After October 14, 2025, Windows 10 will no longer be supported - this means no more security updates or fixes. If you aren't sure that your computer will upgrade, bring it to us. If we can't upgrade it, we can help you move to a Windows 11 computer.
